NFCtron supported the showcase festival Nouvelle Prague last year, and this year, we have continued our cooperation for the ambitious Prague Music Week project, which will take place in early November, with the central part at the National House in Smíchov from November 9th to November 11th.
What will Prague Music Week 2023 bring?
Each of its three floors will offer a different themed program, with the common element being genre-free music for everyone, from fans to music professionals. The second floor will provide a three-day conference program dedicated to current topics in the music world. The ground floor will host a trade fair of innovations and technologies related to music creation and services and products designed for event organizers. And, of course, there will be live music in the basement. More than two dozen performers will present themselves in the Futurum music club. Apart from these, the concert program will also be enriched by a number of concerts in the clubs of the capital throughout the first half of November.
Tickets and payments with NFCtron
Tickets and registration for the conferences, trade fair, and concert sales at Futurum Music Club are handled through NFCtron Tickets. For the first time, we are now using mandatory field settings for individual ticket types. Furthermore, this is one of the first events to use an improved shopping cart with a completely new look and optimization to make purchases even more accessible for mobile devices.
Within the premises of the National House, only cashless payments such as cards or chips will be accepted. For selected VIP guests, with the organizers, we have prepared special chip cards with already top-up VIP credits.

We support Prague Music Week in collaboration with Mastercard
This year, we have collaborated with Mastercard to support the project. Thanks to Mastercard, we supported the first year of the event and helped it on its way forward. We recognize the importance of making this event concept a regular meeting place for the music industry and fans of all music genres. Prague Music Week 2023 received financial support from NFCtron, and we have also provided our team of videographers to produce materials for promotion for future editions.
Preparations for the 2024 season
The Prague Music Week event is also attractive because it brings together organizers, promoters, performers, and suppliers. At NFCtron, we are already preparing for the 2024 season in collaboration with the organizers, and our event team is looking forward to meeting our current and, of course, new clients during the event.
